1. TASTING AND PICNIC IN THE VINEYARD
The experience begins with a walking tour to breathe in the country air. We will walk among the vineyards and peach orchards, telling you about the plants, traditions and our history.
At the end of the walk, you will be able to participate in a tasting of 3 wines: Corvina Veronese IGT, Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC and Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG accompanied by a platter of local cured meats and cheeses as well as our own products such as jams, giardiniere and red wine jellies.
The experience is suitable for groups, families but also for couples for whom a quieter area of the vineyard will be reserved.
Children will taste juices with bread and jam and receive a placemat to color.
At 12:30 p.m. it will be time to enjoy the picnic under the vines, which will be set up right in the field using hay bales and pallets to create a cozy area.
The picnic for adults includes a box with inside:
- Caprese of cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and black olives
- Cold pasta with pesto and fresh date tomatoes and mozzarella petals
- Fresh bread
- Water, biodegradable cutlery
- Glass of Rosato veronese
For children, the picnic includes:
- Cold pasta with pesto and fresh date tomatoes and mozzarella petals
- Fresh bread, juice or water, biodegradable cutlery
Option to bring a blanket to relax.

2. LIGHT LUNCH WITH TASTING IN THE VINEYARD
We will begin the wine experience with a guided walk through our vineyard and peach orchard to learn about our rich history and traditions.
On our vineyard-front porch we would enjoy a wine tasting beginning with a glass of our sparkling Rosé paired with a tasting of our Garda Evo olive oil with fresh bread. Next, cold pasta with pesto, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and olives paired with a glass of Corvina Veronese IGT.
In the winter time we change the cold pasta dish.
Next you will enjoy a platter of aged cheeses with marc, giardiniera from our garden and traditional cheeses paired with our marmalade with a glass of Valpolicella Classico Superiore Doc and a glass of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg.
We will close the light lunch with a traditional dolcetto and a glass of Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG, in the summertime when we will have our peaches available instead of dessert, and offer a tasting of our Veronese peaches and a glass of Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG.

For children from 2 to 10 years old,Family Events can arrange all the fun and activities to do with the children.
Dedicated professional animators will entertain the children in the dedicated room.
